When you make and accept an offer from a Tenant for an existing Managed Rental Property, the Rental Agreements button becomes available, allowing you to create a rental agreement with the current new tenant.
This screen allows you to view the current and previous tenants for the property, and their corresponding Rental Agreements, where you can create, edit and end Rental Agreements.
Note:
Monthly/Weekly/etc payment requests are generated on the anniversary date of the First Payment Date.
In addition to the agreement information, you can add initial meter readings for when the tenant moves in.
Status change
The property will automatically change to LET on the date of the Tenancy Agreement.
End Agreement
To end a Rental Agreement, simply choose the agreement you wish to end by clicking edit then End Agreement. This will bring up a window where you can enter the final details.
Once you have saved the agreement you will still be able to view the details by again choosing edit.
