During September 2014 we will be upgrading some of our servers to much faster brand new hardware. We are not expecting any down time of any services during this transition however we may need a few users to make changes to DNS records where we are not in control.
The issue with the Manchester data centre is now restored.
We are waiting to hear what the issue was and why it was down for an hour.
