End of Support for Windows XP
As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we want to let you know that, following Microsoft itself, LogMeIn ISSL will soon be ending support for Windows XP on January 1st, 2016.
What is end of support?
End of support refers to the date when ISSL no longer provides updates or technical support for machines running Windows XP.
Why are we making this change?
Support for Windows XP has been dropped by Microsoft, and we are forced to follow suit in order to protect the security and integrity of the ISSL product.
What should you do?
Make sure that all computers running the Jakx are on a machine using a supported operating system: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista (soon to be discontinued)
