Standout can now use ChatGPT to help create your property description.
As of 6th December 2023 the AI uses the following fields to help generate the description :-
- Lines 1, 2 and town of the address.
- Price and Price prefix
- Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Reception counts
- Number of floors (secondary details tab)
- Usual entrance floor (secondary details tab)
- Property type and style
- Contract (sale or rental)
- Rental period
- All bullet points
- Rental furnished state
It can take about 20-30 seconds to generate the description
If you are not happy with the description generated then press the generate button again it will create a new description for you.
You should always edit the description to be perfect, ChatGPT will create a hopefully good starting point for you, and over the next few months we will send more data to it, starting with all the extra fields in the Secondary details tab Additional features box (all those details are already provided to Rightmove).
