Branch settings

This will allow you to configure:

Sales / Lettings / Auctions - enable which type of options you offer clients
Residential / Business / Commercial - enable the areas that you offer your clients

Property status mode

Standout offers you either a Free mode or a Guided Mode. Standout in Guided mode will only allow certain property status settings at various stages. This works around how we perceive UK Estates Agencies operate. As you progress through selling or letting a property, only those statuses that are believed to be available will be available for you to progress.

In Free mode, you can choose what status you wish a property to be store as, sometimes bypassing stages that would normally be required in Guided mode.

Countries

Not displayed / Displayed / Mandatory - depending on whether you operate in countries other than the UK.

Enable EPC - is you are required to enter an EPC rating for a property or not

Force Money Laundering checks - as to whether you can progress a property with (or without) Money Laundering checks in place prior to completing a Sale or Letting.

Flag properties that have not been viewed in the past - so that you are reminded which properties haven't been viewed in the past number of x days.

Diary - Send viewing emails by default - when creating a viewing, Standout can automatically email the Viewer to remind them of a viewing(s).

Fees - allows you to configure the fees that you charge by default when processing a property.

Currency - which currency/currencies that you allow payment by.

Letters - Send From - Property Manager / Branch Manager / Logged in user - Who is the signature on Standout created letters (can be overwritten when creating a letter).

Language - The default language used in Standout.
