This allows you to maintain your own copies of any system "Master" email.
The master documents are your starting point to creating any email that is sent from Standout and to use this as the template. Any words in curly brackets {} are place holders and are what get replaced by text from the database, ie FirstName, FullName, Surname.
To create your own version of a master document press the Duplicate option to the right of the list. Once you press duplicate you will have your own version of that email, the system will always show you this new email in the list of emails. The email name should generally be correct, but feel free to choose your own naming convention.
