The properties with no viewings list shows two types of data in one list; both properties that have never had a viewing and properties that have not been viewed in at least X days, which can be defined in the branch configuration page in administration.
This is a useful display to quickly show neglected properties that need some work to push for viewings.
You can quickly get to the property and arrange viewings by clicking on the address or reference of that property.
