This allows you to maintain your own copies of any system "Master" document.
The master documents are your starting point to creating any letter at any stage of the property transaction, use this as the template for your letter. Any words in curly brackets {} are place holders and are what get replaced by text from the database, ie name, address, price.
To create your own version of a master document press the Duplicate option to the right of the list. Once you press duplicate you will have your own version of that letter, the system will always show you this new letter in the list of letters when you come to print a letter. The document name should generally be correct, but feel free to update, the Letter Type should not be changed.
The letter template is where you will want to change things to personalise the letter to your company, one thing to note you may need to make the same change multiple time sin a letter as some are multi part letters (ie to buyer and vendor)
Every time you press save a new version of the letter is created, so the last version is always available to edit if you mess up!
The header and footer are normal JPG images and should be your logo, company name etc.
